Braider Cancellation

If your braider cancels for any reason, you receive a 100% refund of your deposit — no questions asked.

Cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment and your full deposit is returned to you.

All deposits are processed via Stripe and held securely. Braiders only receive funds after your appointment is completed.

If something goes wrong, our support team will investigate and mediate. We protect both clients and braiders fairly.
