How do I know braiders are trustworthy?
Every braider on BraiderSpace goes through identity verification — they submit a government-issued ID and a selfie. We review each application before approving them to take bookings.
What happens if a braider cancels?
Your deposit is fully protected. If a braider cancels, you receive a full refund of your deposit within 3–5 business days. We also help you find an alternative braider.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no extra cost. Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in a partial deposit forfeiture depending on the braider's policy.
How does payment work?
You pay a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot. The remaining balance is paid directly to your braider on the day of your appointment.
Can I leave a review after my appointment?
Absolutely. After your appointment is marked complete, you'll be prompted to leave a star rating and written review. Reviews help the community find the best braiders.
